In grown toe nail
I have an ingrown toenail that everytime i cut away seems to grow back and cause me pain in my shoes.  Trying to play a round of golf with it is aweful.  Does anyone know any good  remedies?

Re: In grown toe nail
Ouch !!! I know exactly how you feel.  I use to be a dancer and get them all time.  The worst thing you can do for them though is cut it away.  I know it feels like the quick fix but as you know they will grow back!  I would suggest doing foot baths with warm water and Epson salt.  Then  putting an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment on it and sticking a little piece of cotton underneath the nail.  This reduces the pressure on the toe.  Once the nail has grown out enough, then go ahead and cut your nail BUT make sure you cut it straight across!! I hope this will help!!
