Jon, your target heart rate during activity would be 139. Your max would be 174.

Great stuff. If you are 46 years old, this means you should max out at 139 beats per minute? This seems very low to me. Is the formula for max or suggested heart beats per minute for good conditioning? Look forward to the next video. Keep it coming.
