Dr. Donatelli is the National Director of Sports Specific Rehabilitation and Performance Enhancement Programs -Physiotherapy Associates, Las Vegas, NV. From March of 2004 to August of 2004 Dr. Donatelli worked as a physical therapist on the PGA tour helping treat injuries sustained by the golf professionals playing on tour. In addition he has served as a Physical Therapy Consultant to the Montreal Expos, Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Teams. Donatelli lectures throughout the United States, Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, and lectured at the Swedish Foot and Ankle Society.

Dr. Miao graduated from Harvard University in 1984 and the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1991. He completed his orthopaedic training at the University of Pittsburgh and received advanced fellowship training in knee and shoulder arthroscopic and reconstructive techniques as well as sports medicine. Dr. Miao is board certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder.
